Commitment Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Cherry Detailing has implemented a deposit policy for all scheduled appointments.

Kindly be aware that by booking an appointment, a specific time slot in our schedule is reserved exclusively for you. Regrettably, we have recently experienced a significant rise in last-minute no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules.

The amount of the commitment deposit will depend on the price of your auto detailing appointment and can range from $50, $100, to $500. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a new deposit will be required for the new appointment.

Are the commitment deposit and addiction fee?

No, the commitment deposit will go towards the total price of your services rendered. It will NOT be an additional fee. For example, if the price for your detail is $400, and your commitment deposit was $50, then on the day of your appointment, you will only pay $350. 

Why do I have to place a deposit for my appointment?

We’ve seen an increase in cancellations and last-minute no-shows/reschedule. This is a big problem for a small business like ours. A deposit, it will ensure your commitment to your appointment. 

What if the weather is bad and raining?

Not to worry! Our shop is fully capable of shielding your vehicle from the storm, regardless of weather, we can still get the job done. (unless it's a typhoon)
