Thank you for selecting Cherry Auto Detailing LLC for your automotive detailing needs. Please review the following terms and conditions outlining the agreement between you (the client) and Cherry Auto Detailing LLC.
Services Offered:
Cherry Auto Detailing Guam provides a diverse range of automotive detailing services, including exterior and interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and more. Comprehensive service details and inclusions are outlined in our service packages.
Pricing and Payment:
The pricing for each service is detailed in our service packages, subject to change with any modifications communicated in advance. A deposit will be required for specific services, with the cancellation policy applying to deposits. Full payment is due on the day of the detailing appointment, accepted in Cash or via Credit/Debit Cards.
If the outstanding balance is not settled on the scheduled appointment day, the commencement of the detailing service will be withheld, and it will be treated as a cancellation, resulting in the loss of your commitment deposit
Appointment Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We appreciate timely cancellations, and any associated fees will be communicated in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Vehicle Condition Assessment:
Clients must inform Cherry Auto Detailing Guam of any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle before detailing begins. A pre-service inspection will be conducted to document the vehicle's condition.
Duration of Service:
The duration of each service may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle. Clients will be provided with an estimated completion time.
Warranty/Guarantee:
Cherry Auto Detailing LLC may offer warranties or guarantees on certain services, with details of coverage and duration communicated for each service.
Liability and Damages:
While we ensure the safety of your vehicle during detailing, clients are responsible for damage not directly caused by our services. Please promptly inform us of any concerns.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before service. Care instructions will be provided for maintaining the quality of the detailing work. Cherry Auto Detailing LLC is not liable for any loss or misplacement of personal items.
Insurance:
Cherry Auto Detailing LLC maintains insurance coverage for its operations. Clients are advised to have their own insurance coverage for their vehicles.
Refusal of Service:
Cherry Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including excessively dirty vehicles or safety concerns.
Privacy Policy:
Client information is handled with care and in compliance with privacy laws. Details are outlined in our privacy policy, available on our website.
Governing Law:
The agreement is governed by the laws of Guam. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Guam laws.
Modification of Terms:
Cherry Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with clients being notified of any changes.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We reserve the right to retain the Commitment Deposit for cancellations and rescheduling. Booking alterations may occur due to weather conditions or equipment failure, with clients informed whenever possible.
Preparation for Detailing:
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before detailing. We respect customer privacy and will not clean areas with uncleared personal items.
Child Safety and Car Seats:
For child safety, we do not remove or replace car seats. Clients should remove car seats before arriving for detailing. Satisfaction around car seats cannot be guaranteed if left in the vehicle.
Stains, Odors, and Windows:
We make efforts to address stains and odors but cannot guarantee complete removal. Odors may persist after cleaning. Our interior and exterior cleaning use safe products, but we are not responsible for heavily soiled or damaged interior components.
Seat Removal:
The customer agrees to hold the service provider harmless for any damages during seat removal. The service provider is not responsible for defects, damages, or issues related to upholstery before, during, or after the process.
Policy Acknowledgment:
Clients must acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions before services are rendered. By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the outlined terms.

Commitment Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Ceramic Coating & PPF Services:
To secure your appointment for Ceramic Coating and/or Paint Protection Film (PPF) services, a commitment deposit of $500 is required.
Cancellation Notice Periods:
Within 120 hours (5 days) of the scheduled appointment: Full refund of the commitment deposit.
Between 24 and 72 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% forfeiture of the commitment deposit.
Within 24 hours of the appointment or on the same day: 100% loss of the commitment deposit.
General Auto Detailing and Window Tinting:
For all auto detailing services, including window tinting, a commitment deposit of $50 is required.
Cancellation Notice Periods:
Within 120 hours (5 days) of the scheduled appointment: Full refund of the commitment deposit.
Between 24 and 72 hours of the scheduled appointment or on the same day: 100% loss of the commitment deposit.
Rescheduling:
Reschedule without fees if outside the cancellation notice period and/or within the same month.
Rescheduling within 24-72 hours of the appointment or outside the month incurs an additional fee of $50.

Exceptions:
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered for documented emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us promptly in such cases.

The commitment deposit will be credited towards the total cost of Ceramic Coating, PPF, general auto detailing, and/or window tinting services at the scheduled appointment.
Policy Acknowledgment:
Clients are required to acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy at the time of booking by submitting the commitment deposit.
Policy Review and Adjustment:
This cancellation policy undergoes periodic review and adjustment. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
By submitting the commitment deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this commitment deposit and cancellation policy.

Booking Request policy
Reservation Confirmation:
Submission of the booking request form does not guarantee a reservation.
A confirmation email or phone call will be sent within 24 hours to verify availability and finalize the booking.
Availability:
All bookings are subject to availability.
In the event that the requested date and time are not available, alternative options will be provided.
Confirmation Response:
To expedite the confirmation process, we recommend contacting us directly via phone after submitting the booking request form.
Payment:
Payment details, including any applicable fees, will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.
Payments are due in accordance with the specified terms and must be received to secure the reservation.
Responsibility:
The person submitting the booking request is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Any discrepancies may affect the confirmation and fulfillment of the booking.
Liability:
Our company is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, accidents, or other events that may impact the reservation.
Privacy:
The information collected through the booking request form will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of processing the reservation.
Agreement Acceptance:
By submitting the booking request form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
